The Orchestra of Situation Opera relies on several keyboard instruments in the course of our work - harpsichords for our earlier works; fortepianos for operatic performances; pianos for concerti and operatic rehearsals. They are joined by a bassoonist who specialises in accompanying both the keyboard and bass-line rather than the bassoon part, but also working with singers during 'recitative' sections.
